What exactly do you do as a coach
I coach women and men through strength training, mobility, and lifestyle habits, so they build consistency, confidence, and long-term results - NOT QUICK FIXES. I offer both hybird (in-person + app coaching) & online coaching.

Who is your coaching for
I work with everyday people: beginners, busy parents, postpartum women, older adults, teen athletics such as dancers and football players, and anyone who wants to get strong, move better, and feel confident in their body again.

How long before I see results?
You will FEEL results: Energy, Confidence, Strength Awareness, in the first few weeks. Yet, visible & sustainable changes come from consistency over months, not days. This is a lifestyle journey, not a 2-week transformation

What if I have injuries or limitations
We modify everything. I regularly work in-person with clients who have past injuries, arthritis, postpartum considerations, balance challenges, and mobility restrictions. There is always a safe entry point.

Where do in-person sessions take place?
I coach at Haverhill YMCA and DawnsHere Female Fitness & Barbell Club. If you are a member at either location, their house policies apply in addition to my coaching policies.

What if I am not a member of those places?
No problem 🌻 Hybird or online coaching is still available without a membership. We simply coordinate your program and sessions based on your access.

What is your cancellation policy for in-person & video sessions?
I require at least 12 hour notice for cancellations of in-person sessions & video check-ins. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

Do you offer refunds?
No. I do not offer refunds for coaching or programs. Your commitment is part of your transformation.

How do I pay?
All payments are processed through the Trainerize app via Stripe for secure checkout.

Can I ask questions or get feedback between sessions?
Absolutely! If you are hybird or online, you have access to in-app messsaging for questions, support, habity coaching, and check-ins

Is this only for people already in shape?
Absolutely NOT! Most of my clients started out feeling inconsistent, unsure, or “starting over again.” You do not need to be fit to begin. Beginning is what makes you fit.
